I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Mike with Hindsight Plumbing and his crew did a phenomenal job on a service line replacement! His follow-though was great, as was his turn-around time, professionalism and expertise. I had gotten 4 quotes; the highest was $4000, the lowest was $2000. Mike's quote was $2500. All four plumbers were proposing a different solution to the problem. I went with Mike because his solution seemed like the wisest (use a boring machine to have a new line going from my main water to the street). Another plumber’s “solution” involved cutting through my entire concrete pathway (about 25 feet); another had the new pipe re-routed through the garage and the shut-off valve relocated; yet another did not instill confidence that he could do the job right or in a timely manner. Mike not only scheduled the job earlier than the other guys, but it took him less time than I anticipated….and he gave me a discount ($2350). I am happy to say that I’ve found a great plumber for life….and that’s such a relief. Highly, highly recommended!

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

We had a unique problem that required some problem solving. After snaking the line from the roof vent, the free camera inspection identified a o-ring gasket loose in the line that was clogging the line. the technician Spencer was able to push the object all the way clear to the sewer line eliminating future problems and proving a great inspection of our drain lines. After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

This company is everything their website says they are and more. My tech's name is Brett, and his last name is Davis, so they're really a 'family-owned' company, not like so many who say they are, but the people that work there, aren't. I had an unfortunate clog in an important drain line from my house to the septic tank...somewhere. One that keeps people from coming to visit, if you know what I mean. Brett had no problem identifying the issue and started to work with the basic solutions before pulling out the heavy duty equipment that was necessary to get the job done. And done it was, in little time and with very little hassle. I called to get a time slot in the morning, was given a window and Brett was right there when I needed him that evening. Very personable and the charge was downright inexpensive for the value it provided. I will call them ANY time I need future plumbing work of ANY kind, based on my experience today. With companies like these being so hard to find, I hope word gets around about people like them - The Good Ones.

Not only did they get my water heater replaced with 24 hours , but they dealt with my home warranty company to help me get reimbursement. They do it all and will use them again for any of my needs.
