I’ve been using Air & Water Mechanical for years now, still have their info magnet on my fridge when it was Air Factor. Super friendly staff on the phone when I was setting up my appointment for AC unit maintenance. Day of service I got a text letting me know my service tech was on the way. Very punctual- I believe his name is Jake. He is very knowledgeable and professional, friendly. Whole experience was super smooth and easy. He got my unit in shape for the hot summer season ahead. 10/10 would recommend
