I called Parker and Sons when our AC went out 2 weekends ago. We ended up having a different company who could get to us quicker (just luck of the draw with all of the calls we made that morning) so I had to cancel them coming out but still am part of their monthly VIP program. I had to call in for another reason this morning and spoke to Audrey who is the kindest human you will ever meet and she went above and beyond with me! It's rare to find a company full of good people. Five stars all around, will use them not only for AC but for the other services they offer as well.

We've have several amazing experiences with Dukes of Air. They're always honest, don't oversell, and don't pressure us into purchasing items. Today Justin came out to install a new blower motor for one of our air conditioners. He was extremely pleasantly, answered all of my questions, and even suggested ways to make our house cooler while not costing a fortune. He followed me around my entire home while I pointed things out and he answered all questions. Again, didn't pressure me to purchase anything but rather brought up ideas that would help us in the long run. We've been through the mill of AC companies in the valley, but every tech they have sent out has been extremely kind, courteous, and helpful.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.
