This was a confusing arrangement (at least, to me). I agreed initially to the $249.00 guaranteed repair. The vendor assigned my repair came back to me with an estimate TWICE the CANDU price, which put the SCREECH on the project causing a delay on the repair of my stove. CANDU and their vendor came to an agreement/understanding and the repair was completed for the originally quoted price to me. Overall, it was a stressful and anxiety filled experience but I am VERY HAPPY about the outcome, repair and price.

Great customer service and punctuality for arriving at scheduled time. The technician explained each step and provided tips to prevent it from happening again in the future. He talked to my brother, not me I may be bedridden but I paid you. I could not read the invoice he left, didn't write hard enough for the copy. I had questions. I called the office back, still waiting on a call back. I am not too happy.
