While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Mr. Steve and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They walked us thru every step of the shower knob conversion (went from 3 knobs to 1). Talking to Jonathan for the repair/pricing and scheduling was easy and he was very professional. Would definitely use them for any other repairs/improvements.

Product availability was awesome and the prices were very good.

They quoted me an amount of $900 out of pocket to replace by Hot wtr heater and this was with AHS home warranty. No breakdown of what cost $900 but check 6 items on the estimate. Drain pan, gas flex & stop, starter collar, wtr shut off valve & permit. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We had a water leak at the commode. He fixed it and knew what he was doing. On time and reasonably priced. We've used Culpeppets several times and have been pleased each time. Good service.
