This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

Jermaine Ray arrived ready to help. I gave him a general idea of the problem and he took if from there. Using a camera first he found the problem and then used the the location of the camera to determine the best clean out to use. Job well done.
