Smith's Plumbing Services did a great job fixing my plumbing problems. Stephen is a miracle worker. His customer service is top notch. He made a terrible experience 100% better. He was very knowledgeable with the product and taught me a few things. His calm demeanor and sense of humor made me stress less. Not all plumbing service teams are at this level. The most legit plumbing & HVAC company in Memphis. Office staff is very responsive and their technicians REALLY know plumbing & HVAC. They work as a team and really get the job done. I own an apartment complex in Memphis, and they fixed a huge problem with my sewage drain line that was caused by another plumbing company. They have all the equipment to tackle any plumbing or HVAC issue. The same can't be said about other companies.
