Run away!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY unless you’d prefer water to pour out your ceiling 1 hour after a “repair” was done then the person no show twice after they were contacted to come out. Forget trying to get in touch with a supervisor to figure out what the heck happened during the “repair” because no one is ever “at their desk” so they have to “send them an email”. Maybe this review will get to a supervisor and they’ll call me back finally?
