We urgently need to do water leak repair that day because we have no other source of water that we used for our daily use, so we called this company. We're so pleased with their promptness. After an hour calling them, their people arrived at the same hour. I highly recommend this company.

Hunter showed up and cleared main sewerline to my septic. great work! Would recommend!

Dillion was very professional and empathetic. He repaired leak tub faucet and repaired drainage problems in same tub. The changes were immediately noticeable. He also pointed out some things to be aware of as potential problems for the future.
All and all very pleased with his services.

Overall they did a good job. I did have two issues with the job they did. They came back out and fixed the one issue but the second issue they did not fix. I wouldn't mention the second issue but it was the flippant response I was given that made me write this. Where the power cable comes thru the wall, they damaged the dry wall around the hole, breaking the dry wall. I was told they don't fix dry wall. That's all well and good but you damaged my wall and it needs to be repaired. That is my main complaint.

Upon calling, they immediately scheduled me for the next day. Michael called ahead, arrived on time, was conscientious and performed a thorough repair.

This company does a great job and employs excellent technicians such as Ron, Jarvis, and Brandon. They were concerned about my family's safety and very concientious about doing an excellent job. I will call Rescue Your Air & Drain for my future HVAC service needs.

Would not recommend. They were responsible for the plumbing in our house. After moving in we discovered there was a problem with the sewage not draining properly. 3 other plumbers came out to give advice and all 3 said it was not done at the proper grade. That it was trying to flow uphill and well we all know that doesn't work. After we found out Legacy did the plumbing we called them to see if they would fix their mistake. They said it was probably due to settling. I don't think so. Our house is at the bottom of a hill and they connected it to the city at the top of a hill. It should have never been connected there according to 3 other plumbing companies. They refused to help unless we of course hired them to fix what they should've done in the first place.
