Very pleasant tech called ahead, arrived on time, was considerate about wearing appropriate footwear, and fixed problem. My only disappointment was the $85 diagnostic fee Donald in office told me would apply to any work done was not honored. I brought that up twice to tech, but he would not acknowledge. He partially applied amount and threw in a bottle of drain declogger; however, I would have liked the remaining $35 of the diagnostic fee to be applied to the total, as I was told on the phone. I know EVERYTHING is expensive today, but I do not like being quoted a price and then having the tech surprised by that. It was easy to make an appointment with this group and they were prompt, so if time is imperative, I would give them a call. They followed up re the misunderstanding and took care of the error. I shall probably call them again, as I thought they were professional, were pleasant and easy to get an appointment with, AND my drain remains unclogged! Changing my rating to 5 stars!

Mr. Dylan Craft came to fix the AC plumbing on Saturday morning, and did a superb job! He is very professional, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended!!

A few weeks ago, all the toilets in my house were backing up. I phoned my home warranty company and notified them of the issue. When the plumber arrived he didn't even walk in the house and assess the situation, he just stepped into the backyard looked around and told my babysitter that it was a septic tank issue and that it was going to cost a small fortune to fix. When she phoned me I told her the septic tank was no longer even active!! We were now on city sewer. The plumber came back out looked at the cleanout next to the house, told the sitter it was going to cost a minimum of $500.00 just to get the right equipment there to clean out the sewer lines. At this point, I was completely frustrated. Fortunately, I phoned Tankersley Plumbing. They made it out to my house that afternoon, unclogged my sewer lines and left my house looking the same as it did before they got there. I was thrilled. Mr. Tankersley is now in the process of a bathroom remodel for me. So far, it looks great! I highly recommend Tankersley Plumbing, no matter what the job.
