On 1/25/13 we called Roto Rooter in Memphis with issues of our backing up in our master bathroom. It got to the point that the toilet would not flush all the way. A plumber from Roto Rooter came and also another guy and they fixed the back up issue of toilet paper and such. He was very informative on what they were doing. They stayed until they new the problem was completely fixed.

He properly diagnosed the problem, and persevered through rain, freezing temperatures and delayed equipment to get my water back on. I would have liked to pay a bit less, but my water is back so it was worth it.
