Repair of of our GE refrigerator by John from Bragg appliance, arranged by Candu was excellent. Very good problem solving and professional. Given that the ice maker and mother board required replacement, it was a very good price (prepaid based on symptoms). It took quite some time for the parts to come in but that was likely due to slowdowns related to COVID-19.

This company fixed my problem extremely fast, excellent service. Their 24 hour plumbing service is a life saver. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Roto Rooter saved us from purchasing a home we were going to put an offer on with thousands of dollars of needed sewer/water line work. Kelly was our guy and he has so very helpful, spending hours on the phone with us to answer all our questions. He even took the time to speak with my dad, who is an insurance claims adjuster, and who helped us make the decision to walk away from the house. We finally found the home we eventually bought and Kelly was the man we called for the inspection! We cannot recommend Kelly at Roto Rooter highly enough, and are very thankful for his work and time spent with us.

Brandon and another technician came to my home to repair my tub. They were very unprofessional playing loud music and sitting in the work van for over half an hour. They came to repair my tub replace the drain gasket and clear the drain. I paid 325.00 dollars for this service. After they left I took a shower and the tub still did not drain. When I called back, they said they would send someone out. When he came out he said it would be another 125.00 to clear the drain they fixed the day before. When I called the office back Glen told me to find another Plummer and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, rip off in town. BEWARE!!!!!
