I am so impressed at the customer focus of this company! I was in need of A/C maintenance at my home in Stoughton and first found Cardinal’s profile on Yelp. After reading their reviews there, I went to their website and submitted a service request form online. Within mere minutes of submitting that form, I received a call from a very friendly, polite, and professional customer service representative. The rep explained their process and expertly and efficiently scheduled a service call for the very next day! I was just blown away by the level of customer service in that first interaction. A few minutes before the service eep showed up, I received a text message with the reps’s name, photo, and a brief bio. I thought that action by the company was a really great thing for them to do for their customers! The service rep showed up on time, did an amazingly through and professional check-up on my A/C unit, and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The service rep showed sincere care and respect for my home, wearing disposable booties over his work boots when he entered my home. I didn’t expect that, but appreciated it. Again, I think the level of customer service and customer focus with this company is AMAZING - the best I have ever experienced from a service company, bar none. Such a great experience - I’ll for sure be using Cardinal into the future! Highly, highly recommended!

At 6:00 on a night with freezing rain, slippery roads and sidewalks, our furnace decided to quit. With the temperatures going into the teens, we were concerned not only about our comfort, but about freezing pipes. I found All Comfort Services on Angie's list and they said they had 24/7 service so I tried them. They said they would be here within 2 hours...and they were! As it turns out, there is more than one problem, but Larry N was able to get the furnace going for the night and the company will follow up with someone trained to work on the under floor portion of the system tomorrow. Great service!

Today was the third time we've used Capitol Plumbing in the last three years and I couldn't be much happier. Prompt, friendly, quick, tidy and effective! They come when they are needed. Today that was just an hour after I first called. Stan had said they would be here within an hour to hour and a half, but they got here in an hour and jumped right into the job of replacing some clogged cast and galvanized drain fittings in the basement. The job took less than an hour, and the problem was solved, the area cleaned up, and after a friendly thanks and have a great day all done. I can't comment on cost because I neglected to ask, but they've been very fair in the past.
One of the plumbers was Doug, and I didn't catch the other guy's name, but they did great work.
By the way, I like businesses where they answer the phone with the company name and the person's name. Thanks Stan, keep up the great job!

Live in a new home (less than a year) and was having a problem with the main drain. After calling and 2 minutes of investigating the problem was fixed. Typically don’t leave reviews but this one is needed. My plumbing problem was fixed over the phone, that’s amazing.

Ron is very friendly and personable to work with. He came the same day both times when we called. Work was done fast and with pride.

Won't use anyone else!!! The best!
