Absolute god damn champions.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

First time calling Havey. I was able to get service the same day. Mr. Havey was very professional and personable. My outdoor faucet has been fixed/replaced and I am happy with the service.

Howe had a part for my Kohler faucet that Home Depot didn't have.

Had kitchen drains replaced after they just fell apart. Good work and price. Drain design makes much more sense than the previous drain pipes, and is almost artful. Also explained how to fix my toilet since it was having trouble as well. Very helpful, and will use again.

When you find a great plumber you can trust, it’s a great thing. THIS company has the best plumbing service I’ve ever had in owning 4 houses. The work is excellent, the pricing is great and I would give them a bonus star if Google allowed it! Fix a pipe, done. Install toilets and sinks and garbage disposals - done. Mike at Cardinal is more helpful and kind than I could have even hoped for! He quickly identified the cause of the problem I was having and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. He also found me a great deal for installing some light fixtures I’ve been procrastinating on and installed them in no time. He communicated extremely well with me (who knows little to nothing about electric work) and did all of this cheerfully too. It just makes the stress of having repairs done a million times better! I have used Cardinal for nearly every repair in my house from plumbing to HVAC and now electrical work and I trust every single person through their group that I’ve met! They’re hard workers and make sure things are done right and that you are happy with their work. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

For the first visit to assess the work scope, the technician arrived about 90 minutes late - after the four hour window in which he was supposed to arrive. Nobody bothered to reach out to me to let me know. That annoyance aside, the technician who did the work was pleasant, hard-working, and did the job well. He encountered some obstacles while working, and managed to get the job done in spite of the obstacles.

Needed to replace our water heater and decided to bundle in a new water softener since all units were very old. Found nothing but exceptional professionalism and the kind of attitude that comforts the anxiety of any homeowner. I would go to them 9 times out of 10 moving forward. It's comforting to know there is a quality plumber right in the neighborhood.

Todd Vesely stopped by to unplug a very clogged sink. He was thorough and wanted to be sure he had cleared everything out. He also had suggestions for helping to prevent future blockage. He was also polite, respectful and somewhat of a stand up comic . Today whether in business or in personal exchanges with businesses you do not always receive the customer service you would expect.
