I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

We called Mark's when we were having drain/grease trap issues at our commercial kitchen. The technician who came out (also named Mark) was right on time and extremely professional. Honestly they are lucky to have someone who takes their job as seriously as he does. He fixed our problem, gave us tips on how to avoid future issues, and did a thorough cleanup job before leaving.
