Dallman is a very customer focus, reasonably priced plumbing Company. They have great communication skills, very professional and do the job right. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing job.

It looks like this placed closed. I called the number and talked with the new business with this phone number and they said the owner Of Lichtfeld retired, last year [?]. Well, they were a great service but have apparently closed.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. I called to get my sewer lines cleaned out. And the women i talked with took down my name and phone number and said someone will get back with you???? Well i am still waiting for there phone call??? So i called them to see why no one has called me back?? Here i find out that they scheduled me for a Wednesday or Thursday that i didn't know that as i didn't set anything up with them??? I have been a customer for a number of years now and they always have been good about calling me back and setting up a date. I won't be have them come to my house again. I will be calling someone else from now on..

John has always down a superb job for me and for all those I refer to him. I’ve used a few different plumbers, until I found John…he’s the best! Prices are reasonable; he’s very professional and does a great job!

We had a problem at a 24 unit apartment building that lasted for 4 years. Worked with several plumbers, and nobody could figure it out. Finally worked with Luke and one week later he had all the necessary things replaced and absolutely working perfectly. There are a ton of plumbers out there, but Luke problem solves intellectually.

So I was doing a toilet repair and my shutoff valve started leaking. I thought it would require soldering(which is beyond me) to swap out. Capital was my third call as no one seemed to be able to come out in an emergency call.At capital I spoke to Stan who also explained he probably wouldn’t be able to get anyone right over but….He asked me to explain what was going on. and after listening gave me a 30 second explanation of what to do to fix the issue and stop the leak(basically just tightening a nut). Saved me several more calls and expensive service. The “repair” took me about a minute all told including digging out a wrench.

This kind of interaction builds trust and loyalty. I will definitely use this company on my next plumbing project. Thanks Stan.

Couldn't be happier with the service. He worked with my crazy schedule, was efficient, and I felt comfortable with him in my home. The problem was fixed right away and I felt that the service was priced very fairly. When the need comes, I will definitely be calling Oliver's again!
