Tech that came out was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Pretty sure he heard the exact issue in 30 seconds and got right to it. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had some unforeseen plumbing work in our bathroom renovation and needed a vent pipe moved. Luke was very easy to work with, he responded immediately and worked us into his schedule quickly. He was also very friendly and transparent about the process along with making suggestions that would be easy to include in the scope that I hadn't thought of. I would definitely work with him and his team again.

HIGHLY recommend Prestige for your plumbing needs. I called them due to their good reviews & location near my home when I realized I would need some reconnecting once our new sink and countertops were installed. TJ came to my home within 1 hour of that initial phone call to ensure my new sink would fit properly in the cabinet space below & that the reconfiguration of piping would work. When the counters were being installed by a different company, they had a question about how the plumbing was going to be reconfigured & where to drill hole for the air gap. I wasn’t sure so I called Prestige and spoke with Derek, who was very helpful and was able to have one of their plumbers stop by my house within 10 minutes to confirm placement with the counter company of holes to be drilled. And, they of course did a great and quick job reconnecting everything once our project was done. Thank you and keep up your great business.
