Best Plumbing Job in Madison WI

Absolute god damn champions.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

Had kitchen drains replaced after they just fell apart. Good work and price. Drain design makes much more sense than the previous drain pipes, and is almost artful. Also explained how to fix my toilet since it was having trouble as well. Very helpful, and will use again.

Thank you, Cardinal. Your installers were courteous, neat, and on time. We were impressed when the installation required a part that was not on their truck, you had a courier deliver it, rather than pulling the installers off the job. Thanks again.

John and Aqua Plumbing did a fantastic job for us recently. He did everything he said he was going to do (and more!) and did it in a timely and professional manner. John's work was very thorough and he never left the site until he knew everything was working as it should. I highly recommend John and Aqua!

I am happy everyone else had such a good experience. I needed to have my bathroom remodeling. He came to look at it and told me he would get back to me with a quote. Did not hear back in 2 weeks so I called him and left a message. Never heard back from him. I found someone else to do the remodel. If he did not want to do the job that is fine by me but at least have the courtesy to call and say so. I would not recommend this company. My sister had the same problem with him and they went to someone else as well.

I cannot tell you how Pertzborn Plumbing saved my life AGAIN today after their GREAT SERVICE this morning, August 27,2019. I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor that also had accumulated on into my utility room here in my condo on the far west side of Madison. I called them at 7:30 AM. explained my problem & was assured I would have one of their plumber’s out here at 9:00 AM. Ryan Lamb pulled in my driveway at exactly 9:00 AM, was here for 11/2 hours working the entire time fixing “ my issue” & I have NEVER been so thankful for Pertzborn’s fast, prompt, excellent service in all the year’s I have been using them since I moved to Madison in 1963.
The staff at Pertzborn is friendly, helpful,understanding & courteous through out the conversation’s you have with them when you place your phone call to them. Ryan Lamb is a knowledgeable, smart,hard working plumber & I am sure just one of the outstanding plumber’s that this company employ’s.

Scott always done a great job!

Plumbing Pros was the only plumber that were able to come out same day. He was very professional and polite and I would recommend for anyone! It took less than two hours and I had a new water heater!
