We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

We built a new house. Dave & Travis plumbed our entire home!! Two full kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 2 master baths - 1 with full walking shower for 2, 1 large soaker tub, sump pump, 2 laundry rooms, outdoor spigots, 3 refrigerators with water/ice, Dave and Travis are friendly & personable! Our basement drains backed up with sewage Saturday evening and Marks Reddi Rooter saved the day! Arthur is a hero! He kept us calm, was incredibly friendly, and explained everything to us! Our situation proved to be difficult after plans A, B, and C didn’t work. We were ready to give up but Arthur kept trying things. After several hours going late into Saturday, we had success! Called for AC repair. My technician was great, very helpful and efficient and I would give him 5 stars! However, the scheduling process really needs work. The first technician came two hours before scheduled and the second appointment, later that day was cancelled by All Comfort because technician got stuck on another job. Didn't get service until the next day, causing problems with my schedule.

My hot water heater was only 4 years old and Ken came to see if it could be repaired. It needed to be replaced and Oasen had it replaced with a quality h ot water heater the same day. And quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Oasen plumbing.
