Hi, I was looking for new gas line in Condo to replace existing electric stove. The team at Robert's plumbing were so nice and professional, that I could get the quote and new line was in place within no time. Appreciate Travis for his quick response to get his technical team in place to install new line on-time as committed. The service I received from Dave Jones was A+. From initial appointment booking through work completion of a hot water heater change out. My tech, Bob O. was timely and careful throughout the process. I will be asking Dave Jones, Inc. back in the near future for additional projects, and requesting Bob.

We had a problem at a 24 unit apartment building that lasted for 4 years. Worked with several plumbers, and nobody could figure it out. Finally worked with Luke and one week later he had all the necessary things replaced and absolutely working perfectly. There are a ton of plumbers out there, but Luke problem solves intellectually.

Had a really positive experience with these guys. On the weekend our water heater sprung a massive leak. They have on call plumbers so someone (Ryan if memory serves) came out right away. He first tried to repair the water heater instead of immediately going for a replacement which I really appreciated.

Ultimately he wasn't able to save the thing since the gas valve was damaged from excess water exposure. He then explained some options on replacement heaters and they had several in stock. We were able to get a new water heater within just a few hours of when the leak started.

Billing was prompt and explained to us in advance. These guys were great and I'll be going back for future plumbing needs!

I was just googling to find Jack's contact info and was surprised to see a negative review. So I am countering. I used Jack a lot years ago and can't imagine he's gone bad. Good fellow, easy to work with.
