Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

TJ arrived and was very professional and clean given the pandemic. TJ wore a mask and was respectful for space. TJ never stopped working. I needed my water line fixed at the fridge as well as a couple tubs re caulked. He went from one job to another and never wasted his or my time. TJ constantly worked until all jobs were completed and he was happy with the outcome. Our family will certainly use again.

Jesus was meticulous about fixing my clogged sink and conscious of not making a bigger mess out of what already was. I was told a technician would come about an hour after my phone call, when in fact, Jesus was here in about 30 minutes. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Pertzborn to family and friends!

Not very timely. I have been waiting for 3 1/2 hours for the repair person to arrive (scheduled arrival: 9-11 It is now 12:30. Hope they arrive soon and that the work they do is amazing. I called, and was told that they have no way of knowing where the repair people are. All she could do offer to take a message! Well, here's the message - still waiting and not happy!

UPDATE: showed up at 2:50!!! ... after multiple phone calls on my part to see if they were even going to show up at all.

Same thing happened when they came to do an estimate. Business card I was presented with at the time was also quite disgusting...dimpled, slightly dirty, and frayed. Not very professional.

Replace Water Heater. Jack was recommended to be by a neighbor. He was very professional and was able to explain in detail what was wrong with my current water heater, and what all my options were. He was able to replace the water heater with in 1 day of me asking. Good value. He even went the extra mile and helped me with an additional minor project. I will definitely use his service again.
