Best Hvac System in Madison WI

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

We use Cardinal for most of our professional trades services because they're just so good at what they do! We had a mishap that severed a wire and cut off power to half our house. Cardinal was able to send out a team same-day to get the repair done and power restored. Dominic and Mitch were prompt, professional, and consulted with us throughout the diagnostic phase of the repair so we could find the best solution to the problem. I appreciate that they take the time to walk through the problem and potential solutions with me. And everyone we've worked with at Cardinal, from the dispatch and scheduling staff to the technicians, have been genuinely lovely people! It's so much less stressful to deal with big home issues when the person helping you through it is pleasant. I'd recommend Cardinal for any of their services!

There were some hiccups with the scheduling process and that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The techs, Matt and Zach, were both professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain their findings and explore ways to improve my home’s heating. Overall, a great experience.
