Best Full Service Plumbing in Madison WI

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I've contracted Oliver's Plumbing twice for my 1900s-built home here in Sun Prairie. Ron's workmanship is superlative and timely. His manner is very kind, honest and personal. Both of the jobs I had done were on old construction that has been decaying. In the first situation, Ron replaced the toilet drain flange, which was cast-iron, a job I was not capable of. The second job was done today and he replaced my tub train, again, having to saw away hundred-year-old cast-iron drain pipes, removing a drum trap and replacing all that with modern PVC. No more clog, no more hair, and the construction is beautiful.

I'd highly recommend Oliver's plumbing to anyone in the Madison area.

I was just googling to find Jack's contact info and was surprised to see a negative review. So I am countering. I used Jack a lot years ago and can't imagine he's gone bad. Good fellow, easy to work with.
