Best Full Plumbing Service in Madison WI

We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

Hi, I was looking for new gas line in Condo to replace existing electric stove. The team at Robert's plumbing were so nice and professional, that I could get the quote and new line was in place within no time. The branch that serves the Milwaukee area was a disappointment. Quoted $250 since I wanted it done next day. He came with a Ryobi cordless snake and called it a commercial snake... LOL. You'd think with 25 years of experience he would know better. Suffice it to say, his snake didn't reach. So I agreed to pay another $100 for him to cut the pipe, punch a hole in the clog with his small snake, and put a $8 collar on. $350 and hour and $8 in material is not very reasonable to me. Most skill trades charge 1/2 to 1/4 that amount. Especially one without commercial grade tools. Live and learn. I hope this helps you decide on who to hire. I certainly won't do this again.

I scheduled for a Wed. The guy didn't show up. Called him on Fri. He forgot to come.
Rescheduled for Tues a.m. Didn't show up. He called at 2:30 P.M. Said he could be at my house in 5 minutes. Said he forgot to write it down..
I was an hour away. Told him I was getting someone else.

We had a hot water failure at a rental unit Sunday, Labor Day weekend. Plumbing Pro’s had an opening the next day (Labor Day) he arrived early, was professional and performed the work quickly with care. I will not hesitate to use him again. Very satisfied!
