Best Drain Problems in Madison WI

I had a wonderful experience with Dallman Plumbing services. They had appointment availability the next day, and were able to complete some complex repairs, along with explaining everything that they were doing. The price was more than reasonable for the repairs done, and I’ll be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues!

Had a main sewer line clog that got fixed by a friendly service rep at a great price to fix it. While it took a day because they were busy it was not too bad to wait since it wasn’t a huge emergency.

Needed a sump pump installed with a battery back-up. I needed it installed while water was pouting into the crock. I called around to several plumbing companies and it was obvious I had to choose Oliver's plumbing. Ron knew exacting how to get it done. Another company quoted lower, but Ron explained that can't do do it that way when water is rushing through. I called the other company and they confirmed it more of a cost than there quote originally.

Ron was a total pro! Answered questions and was friendly. More important he got the job done!

poor communication. I contacted Pertzborn about needing a gas line run from my basement to my kitchen. I was clear in my communication when I needed the work COMPLETED by, when the plumber showed up he said he was just there to do an estimate not the work. I took time off of work and now am left scrambling to find a new plumbing company to do what I needed to have done in the first place. In addition, Bruce the plumber didn't give a courtesy call ahead like EVERY other company does, was 3 0 minutes late based on the time I was told, and was rude. This company lost my trust. So yes, I will start all over again with an even shorter window to get the work done because of that broken trust.

My garbage disposal was suddenly making a terrible sound. I was sure the disposal was shot. Scott saved me a $149 visit. He guided me thru using the wrench and flushing it out. What I thought was a trashed disposal was only something caught in it that I couldn’t see. Works great now! Thank you Scott!!
