A very positive experience with Cardinal. Paul was on time, professional and answered all of my questions. I had an electrical outlet installed for a sump pump and was scheduled for a wiring repair, but this ended up being more complicated than anticipated. Paul worked exceptionally hard to resolve the problem, but ultimately, it will require additional work. He kept me informed throughout and provided suggestions to resolve the issue. I look forward to working with Cardinal in the future.

We had regular maintenance done on our furnace. Jesse R. was efficient, did a thorough job and took the time to explain all that he had done. He made an appropriate recommendation for installation of a chimney liner on the exhaust pipe for the furnace and water heater -- much appreciated to prevent rust and prolong the use of the exhaust pipe. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Jesse R.
