I loved Oliver's Plumbing! He returned my call right away and could come the same day. He explains things really well and when he came to fix our kitchen sink, the clog must have soften and got sucked out on its own, which he says does happen. He really didn't have to do anything so gave us a really good price break for the visit instead of his normal rate which he could have charged. It was super nice of him to give us a deal and I highly recommend him!

Jerry straightened a plumbing vent and installed temporary flashing on my roof after a tree fell on it. He cleared debris from the roof vent and drain techs cleared the debris from the kitchen sink drain stack. I greatly appreciated the professional and competent approach and the explanations of what they were doing as it occurred.

Robert was amazing to work with. Our water heater was leaking and he worked with our home warranty to get our water heater replaced quickly. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.

Unprofessional and bad. Had to return several times because the problem wasn't fixed. Very difficult to schedule with. They tried to charge us labor costs for the extra trips, and they charge WAY too much for parts. They were willing to negotiate on the price, but I don't feel I should have to argue with someone when they've given such poor service. I recommend just going with a different plumber.

Ive used Jack twice now for water heater replacement and I am very happy with his service. He is very timely and responsive. I will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to family and friends.
