I was charged 112.50$ for the technician to come out to my home and pull a part out in 2 seconds. He stated I needed the part replaced , when I asked how much the part was he stated it was 140$. I paid the bill and come to find out the part would only cost around 20$ if I went to get it myself. Be very careful with this company!!

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. Bob and Sam are by far the best plumbers in the Lubbock area! They are trustworthy and always make sure to get the job done right the first time. You can always count on them to be honest with their work and always do what is best for you. If you are looking for a plumber in the area, you definitely have to give them a call! M. R. Plumber is a very responsive and high quality plumbing company. My husband called them yesterday to schedule an appointment to inspect a plumbing project in our master bathroom, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was able to perform our plumbing pipe repair requested during the appointment. Raul and his assistant not only accessed things quickly and went right to work but left the area very tidy and gave us a very fair price for the supplies and labor. I will definitely use Mario and Raul again in the future.

This was the first time using Jay Young Plumbing I've seen there trucks around town but that's all I knew about them and I needed a water heater replaced I have my own plumber that I've used from 15 years but for some reason this time things were not working out had to tell him it's best you leave I'll find someone else I called them on a Tuesday they cane out Wednesday in under two hours we were up and going so needless to say I will be using Jay Young from now on
