Mr Crockett and his two man crew showed up early Friday morning 9/25/20 to locate and repair backyard gas leak. They started 9:00am dug up the ground and cutting both end of metal gas line from the alley meter to the outside wall gas line and inserted and ran underground yellow polyethylene gas liner. Later they took the time to enter my home and removed the old gas shut off valves on gas stove, water heater and heating @ a/c and installed new valves and inspected the attic gas line connectors and exhaust vents. After the repairs was done and gas turn on and hot water heater turn back on I notice my A/C wasn’t blowing cold air (Had nothing to do with gas leak repair) compressor wasn’t kicking on Mr Crocket took the time to trouble shoot the problem and finally had the A/C running again. The repair price I was quoted was reasonable and well worth for the repair they provided.
I highly recommend Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C to anyone out there in Lubbock and surrounding areas. Their professional mannerisms, honesty, professional and knowledgeable work ethic they have provided me that day is above and beyond...Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C was recommened to me by Atmos Energy Technician. So as a U.S Army Veteran I Thank You Mr Crocket and your crew••••!!!

Called Duncan to use the camera scope service they provide. We have the main sewer line scope on older homes before we purchase them. Duncan had been recommended by another property owner in Lubbock. The property owner had been using them for a couple of years and stated the cost is typically $150.00. As a property manager I completely understand that price can vary by situation and time spent. I contacted Duncan and spoke with there one of there representative. As always I ask how they charged for the service and typically how long does it take. I was told the service was charged by the hour and it could run between one to two hours. The lady was super nice and got me scheduled.
I get a phone call from the service technician at 8:30 a.m. telling me they were heading to the property. I get to the property at 8:40 a.m. and the Duncan Technician arrive at 8:55 a.m. The technician are very professional and nice. They get straight to work and the scope service was great. Here is why I am giving them one star. The technician are done with the scoping at 9:30 a.m. (that is giving them the benefit out the doubt on time). I am thinking well one hour charge this is going to cost $150. I was told while scheduling the appointment they wanted payment after the service was done and I agreed on that. So I ask the Technician if I could go ahead and pay them before they stated loading up the equipment. He said of course. So he started to ask his assistant what time they left the shop and neither one of them really had a firm idea but settled on 8:30 a.m. At this point I wasn't sure why this was being discussed, until the main technician tells the assistant to run my CC for an hour & 1/2. I look at my watch and say and tell him it is only 9:30?? The main technician then tells me it will take him 30 minutes to put up the equipment and fill out the paper work. I am still not understanding why I am being charged for an hour & half. I tell him that they got to the property at 8:50 a.m. at the earliest and most likely it was 9 a.m. He agrees with me! Great, now I should only be charged for an hour? NO, he then told me that it took him 30 minutes to drive from his shop to the Property. To save time I called to speak with the lady that i scheduled the appointment with and she told me i owed the hour & half. I asked why I wasn't informed on the charge policy when i was asked? There was really not a response.
Honestly, I am not one to criticize a business, as a property manager, I realize there are two sides to a story. In this case, I felt Duncan was not honest and intentionally took advantage of me. I am fine with paying for a charge that is communicated to me up front. I am also ok with a company changing the way they charge for the service. I ask all of these question up front and just wanted clear communication. I have gone to property management convention in larger city's where other managers will tell horror story's of companies taking advantage of them. When I hear these stories, I always tell myself that is one advantage of living in west Texas.

Called Proflow and was answered promptly. Showed up when they said they would and Andrew was very professional. He was able to clear my drain lines within a timely manner. It was a challenging situation but Andrew worked hard to clear all of our sewer lines. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! You can not go wrong!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.
