Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Bob and Sam are by far the best plumbers in the Lubbock area! They are trustworthy and always make sure to get the job done right the first time. Jesse and his apprentice were very professional and quick. They were able to help us the same day as our water heater emergency. They rerouted some shody workman ship of the previous tenant, and we had hot water in no time.

I was very nervous about hiring a plumber, as we’ve all heard a horror story or two. AAA was DEFINITELY not one of these stories. They were on time, professional, and arrived at my house clean. Immediately diagnosed the problem! Kept me informed of the process the entire time and were very efficient. They didn’t try and upsell/upcharge me and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I will ONLY trust them from now on! Can’t put these guys in high enough regards!

Tommy with Johnson Pumping needs a huge raise, someone is going to steal a employee with that level of costumer service, knowledge and professionalism. Mark my word, that boy’s good... I’d use them again, without a second thought.

Terrible! They can't fit our crawl access and they suggested to cut the floor and fix it. They say that they are not responsible to install floor. I'll NOT RECOMMEND THIS at all!!!

The technician was professional and knowledgeable, Brandon did very well in making sure the filters and the outside unit were clean and in good condition.

AJ came out in a pinch and got us a quote to replace the heating and air in the house. HE was so friendly and knowledgeable.
