Mr Crockett and his two man crew showed up early Friday morning 9/25/20 to locate and repair backyard gas leak.They started 9:00am dug up the ground and cutting both end of metal gas line from the alley meter to the outside wall gas line and inserted and ran underground yellow polyethylene gas liner. Later they took the time to enter my home and removed the old gas shut off valves on gas stove, water heater and heating @ a/c and installed new valves and inspected the attic gas line connectors and exhaust vents. After the repairs was done and gas turn on and hot water heater turn back on I notice my A/C wasn’t blowing cold air (Had nothing to do with gas leak repair) compressor wasn’t kicking on Mr Crocket took the time to trouble shoot the problem and finally had the A/C running again. The repair price I was quoted was reasonable and well worth for the repair they provided.
I highly recommend Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C to anyone out there in Lubbock and surrounding areas. Their professional mannerisms, honesty, professional and knowledgeable work ethic they have provided me that day is above and beyond...Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C was recommened to me by Atmos Energy Technician. They called at 1:00pm, said they were on their way, and AC was up and running by 1:45. Someone else had already come out to work on it before and charged me 385, and didnt fix the problem. Very reasonable and fast. They're in my book as first ones to call. Thank you so much.

They left trash in the yard. Let the faucet cover for out side off and dogs tore it up. Left the door to well house open when he left. Said they would call the next day and haven't heard back. Won't call them back out again. Sorry not sorry

I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.
