Christmas Eve we started having water back up in the kitchen and utility room sinks. We called Joe Rushing Plumbing at 11:00 PM. They quickly showed up and cleared the clog (from the roof, in the dark no less!) They were professional and courteous even on Christmas Eve. We will definitely use these guys again!

My original appointment was scheduled on Friday I never heard from them and after 8 on I received and email from the warranty company that I was rescheduled for the following Monday between 7am and 11. The called and said they’ll be by after lunch, but showed up at 3 and only took pictures of parts needing to be replaced. They finally came the next morning to replace my faucet and stated if I wanted one that matched I’d have to go purchase it or they could go and I’d have to pay the difference. I stated to them that would have been nice to have known the day before and I could’ve done so. I was switched around so much it inconvenienced me trying to find someone to be at my home in between me working myself.

Came for an estimate and ran the camera through the drains. Told me what I already knew. Pipes have cracks at the tops of each one. But not like just half a pipe. So he gave me an estimate and told me it was not an immediately needed service. So nice to know a company that tells it like it is and doesn't try to sell you something you don't immediately need. F3 plumbing came in and figured out why hot water was not getting to one of the bathrooms. Heater was plumber for a recirculation pump so they put one in for us and problem was fixed. Great work! Quote was pretty high, but they did great work and got it done fast. Thank you!
