Rick and Roach were very professional... Good at keeping me posted on a day and time. Arrived as planned. Pricing was in the ballpark of what I expected. Will call them first and drove to came to Spur where so many (10 Yes 10) contractors said no or a mileage fee that was ridiculous.

Had a very good experience with Joe Rushing Plumbing. The lady that took my call was nice and informed. They came out to out house which is outside the city of Lubbock and took care of our drain problem within hours of when I called. Jeff took care of our problem, I really appreciated his manner and effort. Another company was going to charge us a lot more than what our final cost was, which was very reasonable (158.50). Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Initially, I bought a Groupon for my mom's heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my mom's, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldn't tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isn't working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mother's house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, he's telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, I'm calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

You won’t find a more reliable, honest, hardworking, and friendly plumber in Texas. Jessie and his crew go above and beyond regarding customer service and satisfaction. There has never been a time when he wasn’t available to accommodate my repair requests. I can’t say enough about how much he has helped me. The world needs more people like him doing business.

Justin took time to put mybig dogs at ease and was very careful to watch that they didnt get out. He brought a rug to put down to protect my tile when working indoors and wiped his feet well when he came in from outside. The plumbing work is outstanding. We use Justin for all of our plumbing.

Technician arrived ahead of schedule with previous polite call requesting early arrival. Problem was diagnosed succinctly, repaired promptly with matériel on truck and I happily had heat returned on a snow day!

Amazing service!!! Needed a pipe capped on Good Friday after business hours and they came out no problem no fuss!! Will definitely use them if I have plumbing issues again and will recommend them to everyone I know.
