Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Furnace was not working. Since the unit was age of house, I was worried we would need a new unit. They were very nice and professional. We only needed a new plug for the furnace cord. I am so happy I called them. They definitely the best!

I have used this business many times over many years, they have always given us good service and a timely response. The only negative is the amount they charge per hour. In the future I will try a less expensive plumbing service.

Leak-Tek saved the day! They came to my home when EVERYONE else was booked up around the holidays. James and Eli came as soon as they could. It was a quick, easy fix and they didn’t even charge me. Honest company. Really appreciate Leak-Tek and will use them again.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

Not the usual company I use.
I had them come out over Thanksgiving break (I understood and extra charge for holiday) , which was great, and after a hearty fee they got my heater working again. The guy never came inside to check the thermostat. I had to call him back a few days later and they charged me $100 to push a button on my thermostat to get it to decently work.
Fast forward to now...my air conditioner wouldn't come on. I called the usual company I use. They found out that the guy didn't connect all the wires correctly, some weren't connected at all and it was a complete mess! And that he set my thermostat up incorrectly (for that extra 100 bucks). the company that fixed it didn't even charge me labor for having to come and fix the problem with ANOTHER company!

Every member of the Turner and Witt team was polite and eager to help. The technician did a great job fixing the leak under our sink and replacing our disposal. The rotten egg/sewer smell is gone.
