Best Routine Plumbing Maintenance in Lubbock TX

I really enjoy working with Phyllis and Raymond. They are both on top of what they do! I have suggested and refer other people to use them because they are Bar-None!

I have used this company several times for air-conditioning and plumbing problems. They have always done a great job. And they were upfront with me on the repairs and the cost. Definitely earned my trust and my business!

Service was good but the communication needs work. The technicians came and after I identified the problem they fixed it. They were excellent in that regard. The problem I have is the pricing and the fact that they dont give you any estimates or flat rates for the service. They wont tell you anything until they come to your house first. Which doesnt make sense because as soon as they got to my house they knew the exact price for the job that I told them on the phone. Had I known the price over the phone I would have declined the service. Most basic unclog jobs in the area are around $50-$125. They charged a flat rate of $225 for less than 30 minutes of basic work. I can't recommend a company that knows what the price will be (because as I said earlier as soon as I told them the problem they instantly gave me a fixed price) but they choose to wait until they were on sight to give it, and then that price be over 4 times what the average price is for the same service. In these times saving every penny you can is important so if you are on a budget but need similar service, look elsewhere.

Edit on Wednesday, May 18th: Got a call from the manager and he took the time to address my review and after explaining to me the process and agreeing to better communicate with his employees he also gave me a credit back for their service. I feel completly valued now as a customer and I can recommend them to other people. Customer service is important and for that I have to give Sinclair 4 stars. Bravo!

The people at Armstrong are an awesome group. Carlos M. was the first person I dealt with, he came to check my air conditioning (it was broke). Carlos did all he could just no luck. Then he sent David T. to discuss with me my options. David was very helpful in helping me decide what was best for my home. Then came the crew: Josh & Rey and Colten & Tim. Took them a while but they got the job done. My air conditioning is back to working , better than it did before I had a problem. All of these gentlemen did a very awesome job, all very professional, very pleasant. And they left no mess behind. Would I recommend Armstrong to anyone else? You better believe it! Thank you guys for a job well done and for making my family happy and comfortable again.

Anthony, and the team did a great job for us. We had a sewage back up in our home, due to a contractor working in our alley, running fiber optic cable. They struck our sewer line in the alley, causing a blockage, making it slow, unable to drain properly. Anthony and the team provided same day service, and billed the contractor for any charges. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Prompt, fast, professional, and reliable service!

The plumbing men performed an excellent job from start to finish. My wife is pleased with the outcomes of our bathroom!

I am sad I am having to post this review after seeing such great reviews. To begin with, I contacted Lowery plumbing as they offered 24/7 service, holidays and weekends. I called at 9pm on Labor Day and was able to speak with a dispatcher. She informed me that a service technician would give me a call. About 20 minutes later a gentleman did give me a call although the conversation I had with him was not professional at all. I could tell by his voice that he was either intoxicated or on some type of drug. With it being Labor Day I kind of figured he had been partying as you could hear a lot of commotion in the background. He mentioned that I would be contacted about 8am the next morning (Tuesday). That kind of defeated the purpose of a 24/7 company right? After 9am the next day, I had to reach out to see if I was going to have a tech come out. Still no response. At 10am or so I get a call from a lady at Lowery asking if I still needed a tech. I answered yes and she immediately asked for credit/debit card information to store for payment even though a tech had not even been to my house. I was promised that a tech would be sent to my house no later than morning time. I am writing this review at 12 noon. Very disappointed. I am pleased to say I called Rowe Plumbing and they were very professional and a tech has been scheduled for 4pm. Please avoid stress in your already stressful plumbing/HVAC problems.

Spartan takes care of the plumbing and air conditioner for my investment property. I love that they send text updates related to your appointment so you know when to expect your technician. Bonus points for doing a great job every time they are called!
