The plumber arrived on time and unclogged our line in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to scope the line to make sure everything was working in order. He agreed to do it although he thought it was unnecessary as the line was running well. He scoped every inch of the lines and ensured we would be running well for years before any more repairs would be needed. I am so grateful to Jay Young Plumbing for preventing me from becoming the victim of a scam artist.

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.
