As always, the technician was prompt and courteous. I had in mind what I wanted done, which would have cost about twice what I ended up having done. The best HVAC contractor I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot. I was struggling through the years to find the a reliable and prompt air conditioning and heating contractor that can do all kinds of jobs and repair at affordable price the AC units. Finally, Precision Services were there for me to meet my expectations with precision. I am strongly recommending this contractor to everybody!

Replaced sewer line per quote. Did NOT replace the last 12 foot from the cleanout to the house, leading to an extremely messy and expensive sewer backup in the crawlspace that destroyed the furnace. Also, cut right through the sprinkler system.
Unfortunately I cannot give negative stars ...I would. Worst contractor I ever dealt with.

F3 plumbing came in and figured out why hot water was not getting to one of the bathrooms. Heater was plumber for a recirculation pump so they put one in for us and problem was fixed. Great work! Quote was pretty high, but they did great work and got it done fast. Thank you!

We had a terrible leak in our front yard, it was already 9:30 pm on a Sunday night. The gentleman that came and did the work for us was very patient, friendly, and absolutely went above our expectations. I would recommend this business over and over. Was not disappointed!
