Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Joe helped us out to see what was going on with our heating system. He had a phenomenal attitude and explained what was going on thoroughly. He took a look around and made some suggestions on what can be done. He was very informative and represented the company in a professional manner. He set us up with an appointment to get an estimate on some things we were interested in. And he kept in contact with us to confirm date and times.

For our estimates Mr. Scott helped us out. He took a look at our situation and within minutes gave us his professional advice and estimate on what would be needed to achieve the results we wanted. Now if I can convince the misses to stay close to home these holidays, we should be able to get some work done to the house before Xmas. Other than that our experience was awesome, informative and we felt comfortable with all our advice given. Thank you guys.

Anthony, and the team did a great job for us. We had a sewage back up in our home, due to a contractor working in our alley, running fiber optic cable. They struck our sewer line in the alley, causing a blockage, making it slow, unable to drain properly. Anthony and the team provided same day service, and billed the contractor for any charges. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Prompt, fast, professional, and reliable service!

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.
