Best Emergency Plumbing in Lubbock TX

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.

Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will never use another company. They were honest, and that is worth much more than just $.

We had plubmer Isaiah Mitchell come in as soon as we told him about us having trouble with our plumbing. He did an amazing job, and even on the circumstances of being outside in very hot weather. Isaiah fixed our problem really quick, I would recommend him!

They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.
Honest people. Well worthy of your trust.

We have used their plumbing and HVAC services over the years. Their service has been quick, competent and courteous and their prices have been reasonable.

This place is terrible. I used to use them for both air conditioning and plumbing. They are the most expensive and probably the biggest plumber business in town. they have a huge turnover rate for workers all trying to start their own business or leave. I sunk so much money into this place to get my air conditioner and toilets and showers replaced on my house. They were all done poorly, cost a lot, and had follow up problems from the poor installation by bad technicians. Don't use this place, terrible, horrible, mind maddening. Get use to making complaint calls.

Bill did repairs on the toilets, which I had plumbing problems in October. Bill made 3 trips. Come close to having sewer line replaced but Bill suggested to run a camera to see what's wrong. Leak Tech came out Bill wanted to be here to see what was going on with the sewer line. Sure enough it was damaged in alley.
He knows his job & has great knowledge. Great job Bill.
And thank you Connie for the phone tag we did on this crazy issues with the City.
P.S. City fixed the damaged pipe & still waiting on the reimbursement.

Very untrustworthy dishonest company installed my new AC unit 3 years ago came back last year because it was low on Freon and filled it and said they were going to come check for leak never did so of course this summer it was low again so now they want to charge me $180 because they didn't fix their own mistake that is just really poor service will never call again and definitely will never recommend to anybody

Very professional and kind, the plumber made all the repairs I required and showed me what was broken. The problem was found and rectified by him. This business did a fantastic job.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

1-10-16 Horrific!!! Mr Rooter Lubbock- I went online requested that my lines are snaked from roof access to drop off point in alley. they sent a lazy man over who wouldn't get on roof and went to the overflow in back yard with a HAND CRANK device! of course he mentioned. The lines will AT some point need to be replaced. Yeah Yeah dude I got bridge to sell you too! I called the company while this person was in the yard hand cranking and got lip service from dispatch manager that if his guy says that's all he needs in the yard then I back him up. Bunch of crap! Right after the technician left my washing machine backed up into my dishwasher and both sides of kitchen sink and I paid $124 for NOTHING but disrespect, and waste of my time!!! I have only owned this house for 11 years so I kind of know what needs to be done. VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL when I asked for a refund for getting the shaft. Do YOU all get paid to do NOTHING?? Highly recommend! He was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine and he quickly fixed our air conditioner! We called today around 11 and he was here this afternoon at 1:30. No extra fees, just parts and extremely honest! You won't be disappointed!
