Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Leak-Tek saved the day! They came to my home when EVERYONE else was booked up around the holidays. James and Eli came as soon as they could. It was a quick, easy fix and they didn’t even charge me. Honest company. Really appreciate Leak-Tek and will use them again.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.

Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will never use another company. They were honest, and that is worth much more than just $.

Highly recommend these guys!! Prompt,professional and very courteous.They arrived 20 minutes earlier than the appt. time and 4 hours later we had a new AC system,turn key, that works like a champ!! Super nice crew that knows their way around any HVAC problem or issue. Again, I highly recommend JD's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning...I will definitely use JD's in the future for any plumbing, heating or AC events!!
