I used this company since I moved to Lubbock. It was under another name back then. Mike is a wonderful honest person. I had a LOT of plumbing issues and every one was done with a guarantee. I highly recommend Pro Flow

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Bob repaired a busted sewer line at our rental property in New Deal, and repaired multiple other plumbing related issues. Our tenant was very happy with his professionalism and work. He completed the job in the time frame he gave us, and communicated with us throughout the process as needed. I would call Bob for any other plumbing needs, and would refer him to others.

Our water heater was leaking. John came out on Saturday and looked at it and said we needed a new one and luckily it was still under warranty. The following Monday morning he replaced it with new pan and connections. Excellent job and excellent service. Thank You.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

Joe came to my house to locate a leak in my hot water line. Joe located the leak below the slab in my master bedroom. He then presented me with several options to repair, re-line, or reroute the line through the attic. I ultimately chose to have the line repaired by busting through the concrete.

The jackhammer crew, Santos and Isaiah, did an excellent job of opening the floor without allowing the concrete dust to cover everything in the bedroom. Joe and Trey then replaced the leaking pipe and the jackhammer crew filled the hole and repaired the slab. The next day they sent their carpet guy to stretch and reinstall the carpet. Every employee I interacted was friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. The total cost of the repair was exactly as estimated and was much more reasonable than I initially expected.

I am very pleased with the results and I would not hesitate to call Joe Rushing Plumbing the next time I have plumbing issues.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN LUBBOCK!!! I have used many plumbing services and felt like I was overcharged or sent slow and inefficient workers. Jay Young's reps gave me a free quote (and the lowest quote by far) and even drove out after hours to check on my situation and didn't charge me a DIME. I had to have my entire gas line replaced and they were here FIRST thing in the morning ready to go. They were very neat and clean and also extremely respectful. Jay himself came out to oversee the work and explained in detail what all they did. At the end of it all Jay gave me a discount on top of the VERY well priced service and job. I will never use another plumber in Lubbock!!!
