Tommy was great. I've never been on a septic system before so he told me tips and tricks on how to keep it running smoothly. The pumping service itself was fast. He then offered me enzymes as well to flush into the system once a month to break down stuff in the tank. Excellent service all around.

They had a gentleman by the name of Sam come to fix my problem and he was very professional and very respectful and I would so recommend these guys for any of your problems.

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney

Very responsive and professional. Showed up at the exact time they said they would, and worked hard to replace our water heater in an extremely efficient manner. I will be using Payless Plumbing again and recommending to anybody who needs a plumber.

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

There are several businesses that claim to help Service Members. Few of them actually do. Reese heating and plumbing is one that stands by their word. I am an Army Veteran and I just lost my job. 2 days ago my AC went out. I posted a call for help. Reese answered my call. Came out checked the problem for free and helped me set up a payment plan.
