Best Heater in Lubbock TX

The gas company detected a gas leak on my property and called A-1. Mike came right out and in 2 trips figured out where the leak was. He established a temporary line to maintain service to water heater, then the next week , a crew came and tied my system back together. There were no unnecessary piping done, which saved me money.

Fantastic service and super professional. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Cost was transparent and competitive, I have no problem recommending them and even referring them within my own business!

Maggie was extremely friendly as was AJ and his team who came out and installed our new ac/heating unit! They got it done extremely fast and even cleaned and swept up the area where they performed the work. I highly recommend B & R for any ac/heating needs!

They had a gentleman by the name of Sam come to fix my problem and he was very professional and very respectful and I would so recommend these guys for any of your problems.

Churchwell Plumbing was a subcontractor on a significant add on at my house. They misplaced the plumbing in two bathrooms which ended up in the middle of the room. We had planned on staining the concrete and as a result had to tile the rooms.

They also neglected to add water lines for ice makers on two refrigerators. At one point after neglecting to plumb an ice maker, they returned to connect the ice maker and used the existing line for the dishwasher which was disabled.
After their dismissal, we learned that they had underestimated our gas needs for a pool addition and we had to add an additional gas line to accommodate the pool.

They might be able to clean a sewer line, but I wouldn’t let them near new construction. My best description - incompetent!

Showed up fast, found the leak, and got me a great price on the repair. The repair was perfect like it never happened. Best guy to call in a plumbing emergency thanks Brian Y.

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He was very competent and did exactly what he said he would do.

Very responsive and professional. Showed up at the exact time they said they would, and worked hard to replace our water heater in an extremely efficient manner. I will be using Payless Plumbing again and recommending to anybody who needs a plumber.

I have used Comfort Master many times in the past. I used them at the 1st of this year & it was a horrible experience. The worker's that came tore up my yard, and didn't put the dirt back down. My husband was very upset because he works hard at keeping our yard looking good. He called them & asked that they come fix the yard. Well that never happened, so someone else had to fix what they messed up. While I was inspecting the yard, I followed the trail to the back yard where they also had to dig up & I see that they had put a water faucet not even a foot from where I already had a working faucet. I never thought anything else about it, until the summer came & I was putting weed and feed down & was about to water my yard. I keep turning the water faucet & nothing was coming out. Long story short the worker decided that I diddid need a water faucet in my front yard, and I needed 2 water faucet in my backyard side by side. My husband and I were really disappointed on how we were treated by Comfort Master after using them as many times as we had!

Always professional, courteous, and prompt. Would highly recommend.
