I called and they were able to get to us in less than 24 hours.Ed was our technician and was absolutely fantastic! He called ahead and asked to come early, was very polite and patient with me and two kids while trying to get started. He was professional and very thorough in checking the indoor system, outdoor unit, and thermostat. Once he got everything back up and running, he stayed while the system cycled a few times to make sure the pressures all stayed stable. Very affordable, great service, will definitely use Action Air again!

Replaced sewer line per quote. Did NOT replace the last 12 foot from the cleanout to the house, leading to an extremely messy and expensive sewer backup in the crawlspace that destroyed the furnace. Also, cut right through the sprinkler system.
Unfortunately I cannot give negative stars ...I would. Worst contractor I ever dealt with.

We have been using Comfort Masters for all of our plumbing needs for the past 3 years. From our rental property, business and personal home they have always been prompt, clean and above all else reasonable. There technicians have always been very knowledgeable, clean and very professional. There is no reason to call anyone else. These guys are the best!

Randy & his assistant we’re very helpful, answered questions and fixed the problem. While it was an easy fix that we could’ve done ourselves, we didn’t have the knowledge to know what to do. This was our first experience using Earls for service and we are pleased!

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

JW is a life saver. We have used him for countless issues we've had with our plumbing (we live in an old house with pleanty of plumbing issues to be worked on). Everything he's done for us has been done very well, and at a very reasonable price. We live out in Ralls, and his milage cost is also extremely reasonable.
