We've had a couple of issues in the last month with our unit we purchased about 3 years ago, and they have been very quick to fix it. They have always been incredibly quick to respond to our calls, even after hours. Their technicians are always prompt with their appointments, very friendly, and we have never had any issues when it comes to payment. Would definitely recommend!

I called for an estimate over the phone. The woman gave me a price rage. I decided not to use them because I found someone cheaper. I did not make an appointment for them to come to the house or anything! They billed me for the job!!! They did not come out to the house and do the work!!

1-10-16 Horrific!!! Mr Rooter Lubbock- I went online requested that my lines are snaked from roof access to drop off point in alley. they sent a lazy man over who wouldn't get on roof and went to the overflow in back yard with a HAND CRANK device! of course he mentioned. The lines will AT some point need to be replaced. Yeah Yeah dude I got bridge to sell you too! I called the company while this person was in the yard hand cranking and got lip service from dispatch manager that if his guy says that's all he needs in the yard then I back him up. Bunch of crap! Right after the technician left my washing machine backed up into my dishwasher and both sides of kitchen sink and I paid $124 for NOTHING but disrespect, and waste of my time!!! I have only owned this house for 11 years so I kind of know what needs to be done. VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL when I asked for a refund for getting the shaft. Do YOU all get paid to do NOTHING?? They came to my house for repairs under Choice Home Warranty for a claim that I made to repair hose bibs. They came out took pictures and said we will submit this to your warranty company and if they reject the claim we will call you with a quote if I wanted to pay for it. They asked for the $65 copay. I gave it to them. They cashed the check as fast as possible. they never called me with the quote. it was clear when they said if they reject … they meant when they reject the claim. They clearly knew Choice did not cover hose bibs. Yes it is true that they only answered a call but they knew what it was and that it would not be covered. It would have been nice if when they called in the morning to say they were coming if they had just told me that they knew it would probably be rejected do you still want us to come.

Had an AC issue. Lowerys’ techs came out after hours and fixed the problem. But more importantly explained why it occurred and gave advice on how to prevent it. Thank you for the professionalism, courtesy and prompt service.

Spent almost $700 and the tub faucet still leaks. The man who came today was belittling ....do you have a plumbing license? Will never use this company again.

Now, the bathroom faucet handle came off. They did not even put the faucet handle on correctly. The drain stopper assembly was also not installed properly - It appears to be forced in and I can not take it out for cleaning (Yes, I took off the retaining nut). I would give a negative if I could. Still, very angry about the poor quality of workmanship and how rude the men were.

Called Churchwell Plumbing on Monday to come out and look at my plumbing issues. All of my toilets and tubs were backed up and being 6 months pregnant the sanitary issue was a concern. When I called I was advised that there will be a $75.00 call out fee and it may be a septic tank issue that they don't handle. For the sake of at least figuring out whether it was a septic issue or a clog I still wanted them to come out. Literally, I showed the gentlemen my tub and we walked one side of the house and there wasn't a real attempt to find the sewer clean out. Just by looking at my tub and walking the side of my house I was advised that it was a septic tank issue. Due to the holidays I could not get the septic pumping company out until Wednesday to pump my septic tank. Firstly, the septic tank was not full and secondly, after it was pumped my drains were still clogged-meaning this was never a septic tank issue. I attempted to call Churchwell Plumbing back to get it resolved, however, their phone was down. After nearly 3 days with no plumbing I went ahead and reached out to another company. Mr. Wilson's Plumbing came out the same day and there was a completely different vibe. They went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were taken care of. They came out with a motive to fix the issue, unlike the response I got from Churchwell. Needless to say, it was not a septic tank issue and the clog could have been taken care of, but Churchwell took the $75.00 and ran with it.
