This company was prompt. I believe Juan was my repairman. We had an appointment between 1 and 3pm, he showed up at 12pm. Although he couldn't fix the problem, he did everything he possibly could to try. I will definitely be using this company again if another problem should arise.

Had them scheduled for a camera video inspection of a sewer line for Friday morning and had to have it for a real estate transaction option period that was to end on Saturday. Did not show up by 9:00 so called them and said they had to find a slab leak at another place and would probably come by noon. Told them to call me and I would come back to open up the vacant property for them. Did not get a call by sometime in the afternoon. So I called their office and voice mail said that their admin office is closed on Friday afternoon. Left messages a couple times and never got a call back or a call from the plumbers. Called me Monday morning but it was to late.

I had 2 other plumbers provide quotes for a soft water loop. This was the only one that knew exactly how to accommodate my request (literally within a few seconds of entering my garage) and their price was 75% lower than their competitors. They did a great job. The finished product is exactly where we discussed placing it. They will be the first plumbers I reach out to in the future.

Our experience with Randy was fantastic! He was on time and prepared. He explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions on preventing future issues. I highly recommend Randy and will be using him in the future, both in my personal home and recommending him to clients. He's knowledgeable and would be worth it at twice the price!

I requested an appt online and never received a call indicating the appt had been approved the following morning. I called at 10 am and was not greeted in a professional manner. Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told yeah, John's not very good at communication... No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
