Called Proflow and was answered promptly. Showed up when they said they would and Andrew was very professional. He was able to clear my drain lines within a timely manner. It was a challenging situation but Andrew worked hard to clear all of our sewer lines. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. After installing our unit less than four years aft following a house fire, we’ve had to have Armstrong come back at least once a year to fix it. This summer, we’re currently at the end of week 2 with no working unit p, even after having a technician working on it for an entire day (after showing up nearly an hour later than we were told and having to come back for a second time in the same day). We keep being told that they are going to call back but at 7:30 on a Friday evening And no call back (though we were told to expect a call at 2), we realize we will have another weekend without air in our home despite the 90+ degree temperatures outside. A unit less than four-years-old shouldn’t cause this much trouble. We were also charged for services last year that were covered under warranty. We have NOT been impressed by Armstrong at any point and would not recommend their services at all!

These guys were very prompt when fixing our broken condenser. They are priced very very well and are extremely professional. Will definitely be using for all of our HVAC and Plumbing needs. I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

Jesse and his apprentice were very professional and quick. They were able to help us the same day as our water heater emergency. They rerouted some shody workman ship of the previous tenant, and we had hot water in no time.

We have used Tully Kerr (now Mr. Rooter) for over 15 years for minor repairs as well as major work. Employees are kind, helpful, and courteous. Recently, while the employee couldn't get out the same day for a repair issue, he called us after hours to both offer to come out after hours, as well as ensure we had a working bathroom. They were at our house the next morning. Tully has integrity himself, and his company stands behind their repair work. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Highly recommend! He was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine and he quickly fixed our air conditioner! We called today around 11 and he was here this afternoon at 1:30. No extra fees, just parts and extremely honest! You won't be disappointed!
