Service team was great but the receptionist Karen Turner was awful! She does not display great customer service. I received a call back for an appointment time to be scheduled. She relayed to me that they could be there first thing in the morning at 9. I told her that that would be fine as long as they were here right at 9 so that someone would be home in order to avoid scheduling conflicts with work. She then asked me how can you ask someone to be there right at a certain time? I kindly asked to her to not take what I was about to say offensive and the proceeded to explain to her that if a company or business schedule's an appointment then I would hope and expect them to honor it she then got upset and tried to play down the situation. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and he was not there. I then proceeded to get her bosses name and number and she informed me of the bosses name and then rudely imformed me her name and went on to say that she was the mother of the boss. Whether or not an individual is related to the boss that does not give them the right to belittle and treat others rudely and I will not be giving a company that encourages this behavior my business.

My water heater went out and was leaking everywhere, and I needed help fast. The leak was causing issues with the electrical of the house, as well, shorting out connections and all that. I live in a manufactured house, so there was also a fear that the leak would damage the floor and cause it to rot out in that area. I called them at 2pm and they agreed to meet me at my house at 4. Since I had already bought a water heater at Lowe's, they were able to remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the piping to the new heater in just a couple of hours. Jessie was very friendly, professional, upfront, and honest with me about the price and timeline of the whole process. Will use again, especially since he does work on manufactured homes, which is something that's surprisingly hard to find.

Very prompt and efficient. Took a couple of trips to get to the root of the problem but got it done and it was fixed properly. Have used them for years and have never had a complaint other than about one of their plumbers a few years ago. He was a jerk but the company and all the other plumbers I have used are great. These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!
