My water heater went out and was leaking everywhere, and I needed help fast. The leak was causing issues with the electrical of the house, as well, shorting out connections and all that. I live in a manufactured house, so there was also a fear that the leak would damage the floor and cause it to rot out in that area. I called them at 2pm and they agreed to meet me at my house at 4. Since I had already bought a water heater at Lowe's, they were able to remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the piping to the new heater in just a couple of hours. Jessie was very friendly, professional, upfront, and honest with me about the price and timeline of the whole process. Will use again, especially since he does work on manufactured homes, which is something that's surprisingly hard to find.

Wow can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. I deal with plumbing companies quite frequently and this is a top notch company. He was there both times when he said he would be there and did the job and went the extra mile to make sure not to hit the walls carrying in a water heater and put protection down to not get the area dirty, even checked all faucets and cleaned aerators so the flow was good. I am sad I am having to post this review after seeing such great reviews. To begin with, I contacted Lowery plumbing as they offered 24/7 service, holidays and weekends. I called at 9pm on Labor Day and was able to speak with a dispatcher. She informed me that a service technician would give me a call. About 20 minutes later a gentleman did give me a call although the conversation I had with him was not professional at all. I could tell by his voice that he was either intoxicated or on some type of drug. With it being Labor Day I kind of figured he had been partying as you could hear a lot of commotion in the background. He mentioned that I would be contacted about 8am the next morning (Tuesday). That kind of defeated the purpose of a 24/7 company right? After 9am the next day, I had to reach out to see if I was going to have a tech come out. Still no response. At 10am or so I get a call from a lady at Lowery asking if I still needed a tech. I answered yes and she immediately asked for credit/debit card information to store for payment even though a tech had not even been to my house. I was promised that a tech would be sent to my house no later than morning time. I am writing this review at 12 noon. Very disappointed. I am pleased to say I called Rowe Plumbing and they were very professional and a tech has been scheduled for 4pm. Please avoid stress in your already stressful plumbing/HVAC problems.

Very responsive and professional. Showed up at the exact time they said they would, and worked hard to replace our water heater in an extremely efficient manner. I will be using Payless Plumbing again and recommending to anybody who needs a plumber.

I have been dealing with Cody, at F3 Plumbing for the last couple of years. Cody, and his guys are great. On time professional, cleans up after the job etc. Cody, prices are reasonable and he does great work. Most importantly to me is having someone to call and they answer, and or call you back in a timely manner. With F3 Plumbing you definitely have that and some.
