Dillon and Zack were professional, courteous and helpful. They checked the toilets for backup and installed new hardware on one commode. Everything's working fine now. Not entirely satisfied with office rescheduling of preferred customer account due to an upcoming trip or rating would have been higher.

Moments after posting this review, I received a call from Daniel with Sinclair. He was very committed to resolving the issue and we both agreed that it was probably a communication issue. I am extremely satisfied with the promptness of his call and his desire to ensure customer satisfaction. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.

The technician that came to my house failed to tell me that they do not install units on mobil homes. Therefore wasted my time and money because, my service call went from $80 to $180. They took two weeks to get back with me to schedule someone to come give me options for a new unit. When I did schedule an appointment for that they called me back to tell me they don't work with mobil homes. They could of told me this from the beginning and I could of saved my time and money.

These guys were very prompt when fixing our broken condenser. They are priced very very well and are extremely professional. Will definitely be using for all of our HVAC and Plumbing needs. Every member of the Turner and Witt team was polite and eager to help. The technician did a great job fixing the leak under our sink and replacing our disposal. The rotten egg/sewer smell is gone.

We received a notice from the City of Olton that we had a leak. I called Action and Kimberley promptly put us on the schedule. Mario called as he was leaving Lubbock so we knew when to expect him. He then inspected our water lines, found a leaky faucet and promptly fixed it. These guys deserve 20 stars. We were in trouble and they got right on it!

The company goes above and really cares about their customers. Ira is the manager and a great Big thank you for all you do. The crew is excellant careing, and works very hard. My moms house needed repair and new pipe lines under ground. They worked with her and made sure she could pay for all the work that had to be done. She lives off her social security and fixed income. You guys rock and know how much I APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO. I will only use your services for my plumbing needs.

Great place if you need any any kind of plumbing or AC work kind and professional staff and affordable

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney
