Excellent service! The plumbing guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired my multiple plumbing issues on time.

Don and his crew of KD and Austin replaced our heater and air conditioner and did an excellent job, very respectful regarding our property. The floors were covered with canvas tarps and the Gents were extremely careful taking out the old equipment and bringing in and installing the new equipment. End result was a new air conditioner, condenser, and heater and you would not have know anyone had been on the property or in our home. Looks great and works like a charm. We are very happy with the price, equipment, and the installation.

I'm sure no plumbing work is cheap, but the good part is that Tadpole and Justin showed up a half-hour after I called, and very quickly made our troublesome toilet work like new. That and friendly, pleasant conversation and explanation of the work.

We had to have a new sewage pipe and clean out installed in our backyard. Not only was this a large product but it was done on time and on budget. Most importantly, he did the job right the first time and treated our property as if it was his own. He is the only plumber I would use again or recommend.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney

Houston Mechanical Service responded quickly. Most importantly, they did not charge a $320.00 fee (like one Lubbock company wanted to do) for having to drive 80 miles roundtrip to service an aging AC unit. Randy was personable, nice, and helpful. Most importantly he understands that most people just do not have tons of money standing by for repairs or replacements. Knock on wood the AC has been working perfectly since he serviced it in early summer. He got the job done and got us through this summer. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic service! In less than an hour, they had fixed my sink's rusty piping, brought everything up to code, and left. Before touching anything, they reviewed all of the pricing in a respectful manner. Without a doubt, I'd use them again!
